    • RPM

      The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

    • RPM Express

      RPM™ Express is an indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn a bunch of calories a session. With great music pumping, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. All the benefits of RPM™ in an Express format.

    • CXWORX

      Really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It'll help you run faster, play harder, stand stronger!

    • Yoga

      Experience a yoga flow linking breath and mindful movement. Develop strength, balance and flexibility and leave feeling refreshed, calm and relaxed. All levels welcome.

    • Hardcore H20

      Meant for those looking for a turbo-charged aqua fitness experience, this class includes high intensity cardio and water resistance to gain strength, endurance and range of motion while maintaining a low impact environment.

    • Pilates Athletic Conditioning

      For a total body workout! All the benefit of our Mat Pilates classes but at a slightly quicker pace. You will experience standing work and contemporary variations in addition to classical exercises. Props such as magic circles, bands or balls may be integrated into class as well. Benefits include a tighter seat, thighs and abs, a stronger core and increased flexibility and energy!

    • Bodypump

      The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!     • Booty Barre

      An energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The Booty Barre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.

    • Bodycombat

      The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.       Born in the Navy Seals, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, which leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

    • Soul P.H.I.I.T.

      Burn more calories in less time with this challenging but fun workout! Core and cardio come together in this interval format for the ultimate strengthening and conditioning workout.

    • Soul Cardio Barre

      We add cardio to your barre for the best burn ever! Short cardio bursts are interspersed throughout the class (with low impact options) to keep your heart rate elevated and the calories burning! You'll experience a total body workout with focus on the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body!
